Erin is a web developer, sports journalist, Rubyist, amateur radio operator and self-proclaimed geek.
She is currently a Masters candidate at the University of Florida, studying web design and online communication.
When not injured, Erin fills the role of scoring winger on her ice hockey team.
She lives in South Florida with her two cats, Flynn and Quorra.
Erin is a General Class licensed amateur and operates under the call sign K4EMB.
She serves as vice president of the Davie/Cooper City Amateur Radio Club and is a member of the Gator Radio Club.
Her rig consists of a Yaesu FT-857d and a few homebrewed antennas. Erin powers her equipment using a solar array.
